AutoCache - for Worksite 8.0. Provides the ability to populate a WorkSite cache based on information in the document profile. It allows the user to specify the profile fields and caches all documents that match those fields at a convenient, user-specified time, saving time and band-width.

AutoDelete - Automatic delete for your Worksite database -- fully logged and configurable.

Desktop Importer - This popular utility can be used by administrators or end users to mass import documents into Worksite from a directory structure.

Directory Importer - This importer automatically polls a directory for the arrival of files.

Document Unlock - Allows non-Administrative users the ability to “unlock” documents that they do not have full rights to. This is an ideal solution for Helpdesk personnel who currently have no method of unlocking a document to which they do not have Full Access.

Helpdesk Utilities - A suite of web-based utilities for giving non-admin users rights to do admin tasks on a WorkSite database. Tasks include unlocking documents, bulk profile and security updates, creating Workspaces/users/groups and more.

i-Export - Exports documents and profile data from a Workspace, Folder or Search to a specified location while retaining the existing WorkSite folder structure. Supports: Workspaces, Tabs, Shorcuts, Document Folders, and Search Folders.

i-Integrate - Allows for the integration of internet file uploading into the DMS. Previously, uploading or e-filing was done from the individual workstation ("C drive") or from network file shares. With i-Integrate this upload process is done directly from the DMS. This reduces the labor involved with e-filing and ensures that a record is created in the DMS that indicates the document has been uploaded. Workspace Helper - Allows for on-the-fly modifications of pre-existing workspaces based upon either web-based or xml-based templates. Can also be used to ‘map’ the contents of one folder to another folder on a global basis so that no document links are lost. Can also be run silently to modify thousands of workspaces in one batch process.

Attachment Check - This add-in works with your current Outlook email to prevent forgotten email attachments. Attachment Check scans the body of your outgoing email message for predefined words, such as “attached” and “attachment”. If present, this simple-to-use tool verifies the email for an actual attachment and displays a warning prompt if no attachment is found.

Reply All Protector - This add-in for Microsoft Outlook helps prevent the mistake of replying to all the recipients of an email when your message is intended for the sender only. The utility prompts you with a warning message that lets you either fix the mistake or send the email as is. The Reply All Protector also offers several features including prompts that can occur when you are listed in the BCC and when recipients are distribution groups.

Attach-N-Checkout - This add-in for Interwoven FileSite allows you to check out a document and email it at the same time. Widhtout this add-in, you can only attach an NRL or a Copy of a document. Upon installation and setup of the add-in, you will now have a simple-to-use tool that is available with Interwoven FileSite configured for Classic or Matter Centric Mode.

Attachment Import - This add-in alows you to import an email attachment as a new version of an existing document. Without this add-in, you must first save the document externally to Outlook and then import it. This simple-to-use tool eliminates those steps.

BulkCopy - This add-in for Interwoven DeskSite and Interwoven FileSite gives users an additional Copy option for WorkSite documents. Instead of being restricted to copying files on at a time, BulkCopy allows users to choose a single location and a single profile to copy mass amounts of documents.

Folder Prevention - This add-in for Microsoft Outlook, Interwoven DeskSite and Interwoven FileSite prevents non-authorized users from creating sub-foldres under workspace folders. Without this utility, users have the ability to randomly create folder trees that can disrupt the business logic and consistent design of the workspace.

Links for WorkSite - Users can now add WorkSite document links to MicroSoft Word and MS Excel. Links are stored as NRL pointers, thereby avoiding the Interwoven download-link problem that exists today.

Notification - Folder Edition - This add-in for WorkSite allows notification of events for WorkSpace folders. Events predefined out of the box include New Document, Delete Document and Edit Document. Notification lists can be generated by the firm adminstrator in a simple Windows-based application.

Notification - History Edition - Be proactive and catch users fom exporting or emailing documents, in bulk, before they walk away from the Firm's intellectual property. This add-in for WorkSite allows notification of events from the WorksSite History table. Events predefined out of the box include Export and Email. Notification lists can be generated by the firm administrator in a simple Windows-based application.

ProfileInfo - Keep track of your information. This add-in stamps documents with the WorkSite profile information as defined by the users or administrators. Stamps can occur on headers, footers, last page only or first page only.

Send & File - The combination of mandated email retention and the perennial headache of over-grown mailboxes has made the need to intelligently, reliably and simply file email more important than ever before. Bringing one-click simplicity to both sending and filing email, Send&File is aimed squarely at the critical point of failure in electronic mail management: the end-user experience. If users can easily file email, they will file email. If important email is filed, then what remains in the mailbox can be left to the administrator to manage. Integration with third-party content systems, such as iManage WorkSite, provides the same one-step simplicity for information stores outside the Outlook client.

SynchSite - This is an accounting-system synchronization tool for WorkSite. Synchronized meta data may include Client, Matter, Responsible Attorney, Department, etc. In addition, Workspaces are automatically created using your firm's Workspace-generation utility. Supported accounting systems are CMS, Elite, Javelan, ORION, ProLaw, Rain Maker, and TABS. Other accounting systems can also be configured to work with SynchSite.

WorkSite Search for Word - This add-in lets you perform WorkSite searches with the click of a single button on a toolbar in Word.
